Untimely Protest Against Public Exposure of Bid Price

A company protested against award of a contract to any other bidder because it believed that its prices were publicly exposed prior to bid opening. The protest was not considered since it was untimely filed with the contracting agency more than 10 days after the basis of protest was known.
