Jurisdiction Over Tennessee Valley Authority Expenditures

A protester argued that, as low bidder meeting specification requirements, it was entitled to the contract award. GAO has no authority over matters involving expenditure of funds by the Tennessee Valley Authority and will not consider such protests.
