C. Brent Coreil, Attorney, appealed the disallowance of former military member's claim for temporary lodging allowance for motel costs incurred at duty station, which was not in the same location as his assigned Army unit. The overseas commander's approval of additional allowance beyond the 110 days allowed was required. The claim disallowance was sustained.
