Claim for Payment for Duplicate Shipment

A company requested reconsideration of a settlement disallowing its claim for an amount representing charges for supplies allegedly delivered in a duplicate shipment; the company was paid for only one shipment. Evidence indicates that the disbursing officer had evidence of delivery and receipt of one shipment prior to issuing payment, and a shipping order for the other shipment was stamped "Received" by the procuring activity. A new settlement should be issued accordingly.
