An employee requested reconsideration of the disallowance of her claim for recredit of sick and annual leave. For medical reasons, the employee could not be assigned to certain tasks, and the agency placed her on sick and annual leave until both were exhausted. The agency may place an employee on involuntary leave when the employee is incapacitated, and the leave may not be recredited.
