Civilian Employee's Entitlement to Supplementary Post Allowance

The payment of a supplementary post allowance to a transferred civilian employee was questioned. The allowance may be granted within the prescribed amount since the employee's subsistence costs at nonhousekeeping quarters exceeded those which would be incurred at housekeeping quarters.
