Protest Involving Requirements-Type Term Contract

A company protested any award under a solicitation, contending that it held a term contract which included this particular job. Both the agency and the protester agreed that they had entered into a requirements-type contract. Since the solicitation involved work covered by the term requirements contract, the solicitation should be canceled and the term contract should be used to perform the work.
