Ownership and Disposition of Property of Federal-State Land Use Planning Commission for Alaska

A decision was requested on the ownership and disposition of property obtained by the Federal-State Land Use Planning Commission for Alaska. Furniture and equipment purchased from commingled federal and state funds may be considered as jointly owned. Sale or division of this property is a matter for administrative determination by the commission as long as the United States receives 50 percent of the proceeds of any sale or of the actual property.
