Untimely Protest Regarding Award Under Resolicitation

The protester objected to the award of a contract under a resolicitation, alleging that it should have been awarded the contract under the original solicitation. Assuming that the initial protest filed with the agency was timely, the protester was not entitled to receive full information regarding the award before filing a protest with GAO. The protest was untimely and not for consideration since it was filed more than 10 working days after the protester received the agency's final views on the protest.
