Claim for Excess Transportation Costs Incident to Removal of Purchased Surplus Sale Property From Government Premises

The claimant requested reimbursement for excessive transportation costs incurred in attempting to remove certain items of surplus property sold under a sales contract, alleging improper government actions in connection with the contractor's attempts to remove the purchased items from government premises.
