Highlights
A company requested relief from an agency decision denying its claim of a bid error alleged after the contract award. The matter was one for decision by GAO or the courts since it involved termination for default and a claim of bid error. The contractor was not entitled to relief since the variation in bid prices and the fact that a manufacturer cited in the bid allegedly did not produce the required item were not sufficient to constitute constructive notice of mistake to the contracting officer.
