A decision was requested regarding payment of a claim for miscellaneous moving expenses incurred incident to a permanent change of station. Fees for inspection of the new residence and for extermination of fleas at the new residence were not allowable since they were not a required service customarily paid for by the purchaser. Charges for disconnecting appliances at the old residence and reconnecting them at the new residence were allowable, as were charges for connecting a telephone and for obtaining driver's licenses and automobile tags at the new location.
