Waiver of Erroneous Payments for Excessive Leave

An employee requested reconsideration of the disallowance of his claim for waiver of overpayment of pay resulting from the erroneous crediting of his leave account. The leave was the result of an administrative error by the employee's supervisor in directing him to take excessive leave. The overpayment of pay resulting from the supervisor's error may be waived.
