Compensatory Time Loss During Consecutive Pay Periods in Which Compensatory Time Was Authorized

Reconsideration was requested of a decision disallowing a claim for payment of 550 hours of forfeited time. Evidence that compensatory time was lost during a series of consecutive pay periods in which additional compensatory time was authorized precluded forfeiture. (RS)
