Retention of Jury Expense Money by Federal Employees

A decision was requested as to whether a Federal employee may retain an expense allowance which was received for service as a juror in the State of Georgia. Since a Georgia statute provides for reimbursement of expenses, Federal employees may retain the jury expense allowances.
