Highlights

An advance decision was requested concerning reimbursement of taxi fares for an employee traveling to her home after completing her regular tour of duty on an 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. shift at her permanent duty station. The employee is not entitled to such reimbursement in spite of administrative approval of the expense as advantageous to the Government since her travel was not "incident to officially ordered work outside of regular working hours."
