Minority Small Business' Protest Against Small Business Administration Support Level

A minority-owned small business requested reconsideration of the Small Business Administration's (SBA's) decision not to reallocate the level of fuel oil supplied under its present contract. The SBA is not required to continue the same level of support to the contractor even though the contractor is a participant in SBA's 8(a) program.
