A common carrier claimed additional transportation charges consisting of detention charges on shipments moving on government bills of lading. There was no showing that the government used the company's vehicles in excess of 2 hours after arrival of the vehicles at the scheduled place and time for unloading, and the company failed to establish the government's liability for detention charges.
