Determination of Eligibility Under Walsh-Healey Act

A company protested the agency's determination that it did not qualify as a manufacturer under the Walsh-Healey Act and questioned the determination to possibly award the contract prior to Department of Labor review of the decision. The agency's determination regarding eligibility under the Walsh-Healey Act may not be reviewed by GAO since that jurisdiction rests with the Department of Labor.
