Diplomatic Courier: Hours of Employment in Travel Status

A diplomatic courier requested reconsideration of a decision which modified the disallowance of his claim for overtime and night differential pay for the period July 24, 1966, through March 17, 1967. He specifically appealed for a modification of the term "hours of work" as applied to his case. The prior decision and settlement of the courier's claim were affirmed. The additional claim made for Sunday premium pay for the period November 18, 1973 through January 13, 1974, may be paid.
