The Assistant Secretary of the Navy requested a reconsideration of a decision concerning a contract award. The previous decision, holding that the contract for guard services at a Navy installation violated the Anti-Pinkerton Act, was affirmed. In view of the time elements involved, however, cancellation was no longer feasible. The corporation may be considered for future award if the president of the company divests himself of his detective license.
