Request for Decision on Whether to Certify for Payment a Bill for Bottled Drinking Water

The Bureau of Mines, Department of the Interior requested GAO's opinion on whether the Bureau could certify for payment a bill in the amount of $57.90 for bottled drinking water, cups, and cooler rental for one of the Bureau's pumphouses.
