This document pertains to a court decision in which money was confiscated from a corporation by the U.S. Marshals service and deposited into the United States Treasury. According to a court order, which ruled in favor of the company, the United States owed to the corporation a sum of $2,738. The Department of Justice stated that no appeal had been or will be taken from the judgement and requests that appropriate measures be taken to certify that the proper payment has been made.
