THREE BIDS WERE RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THE INVITATION AS FOLLOWS: CHART MINNESOTA MINING AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY ITEM 1. 20 EACH. 600 CUBIC INCHES AT ?0935 ................... 430.10 YOU STATE THAT IT WAS NOTED THAT WHILE ON THE BASIS OF TOTAL AMOUNTS SHOWN IN ITS BID THE MINNESOTA MINING AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY WAS THE LOW BIDDER ON EACH ITEM.
