Review of General Services Administration (GSA) Contract GS-RIO-SWPO-A With the University of Washington

Herewith is our report on the review of General Services Administration (GSA) contract GS-RIO-SWPO-A with the University of Washington. Under the provisions of this contract, dated October 18, 1957, the University constructed a new United States post office building at Third Avenue and Union Street, Seattle, Washington, in exchange for the conveyance to the University of adjacent Government-owned land. Postal operations in the new building were begun on July 13, 1959.
