Abstracts And Issuance Of Title In Re-condemned Land

The appropriation for the acquisition, by condemnation proceedings if necessary, of land in connection with the improvement of the Anacostia Flats is not available for payment for abstracts and insurance of title to various parcels of condemned land, furnished by the War Department by a title insurance company after final judgement of condemnation was entered.
