Highlights

Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO provided information related to the Department of Energy's (DOE) decommissioning of the Shippingport, Pennsylvania, nuclear power plant and the usefulness of this information to the decommissioning of the Rancho Seco, California, nuclear power plant.
