Catalog of Federal Credit Programs and Their Interest Rate Provisions

In response to a congressional request, GAO submitted a catalog of direct, guaranteed, and insured Federal credit programs including those that are authorized but inactive. The catalog contains a description of all such programs for fiscal year 1982 and a description of the terms of the interest rates used for these programs. This catalog should be helpful to Congress in carrying out its oversight and budget control responsibilities.
