U.S. Agency for International Development The Administrator of the Agency for International Development should require that appropriate data on host country contracts be promptly reported to Washington and maintained in an automated data bank. This information should contain those data elements needed to satisfy the various user requirements, including managers, auditors, project officers, and Congress.
