Framework for Federal Financial Management Systems

GAO presented information on how various financial management systems covered in the Federal Financial Management Systems Requirements series fit together and how they should be integrated to meet the needs of federal program and financial managers. This document describes the basic elements of a model for integrated federal financial management systems, how these elements should relate to each other, and specific considerations in developing and implementing integrated financial management systems.
