Application of Foreign Service Act of 1946 to Fiscal Year Appropriation

The Department of State requested GAO's decision as to the fiscal year appropriation to be charged with expenses properly incurred under authority of the Foreign Services Act of 1946. The expense incurred relates to fees for hospitalization and medical treatments for Department officers and employees.
