Citrus College; KEI Pearson, Inc.

Citrus College and KEI Pearson, Inc. protested the award of a contract to Central Texas College by the Department of the Navy to provide educational services for service personnel stationed aboard ships and at other remote locations. The protesters asserted that in both acquisitions the agency misevaluated proposals and made an unreasonable source selection decision.
