[Protest of VA Failure to Exercise Contract Option and Subsequent Solicitation]

A firm protested the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) decision not to exercise its contract option and its subsequent solicitation. GAO held that the protester had no legal right to compel VA to exercise the contract option. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
