[Protest of Army SDB Solicitation]

A firm protested an Army small disadvantaged business (SDB) solicitation, contending that the set-aside was inconsistent with a prior Supreme Court decision. GAO held that there was no judicial precedent on the constitutionality of the set-aside program. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
