[Protest of GSA Bid Rejection]

A firm protested the General Services Administration's (GSA) rejection of its bid as late, contending that GSA should have accepted its late bid, since its late arrival was due to mail delivery problems beyond its control. GAO held that GSA properly rejected the protester's bid as late, since the protester failed to allow for sufficient delivery time. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
