[Protest of Air Force Rejection of Bid for Radio Control System]

A firm protested the Air Force's rejection of its bid for a mobile radio control system, contending that the Air Force had no basis for rejecting its bid. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it learned of initial adverse action on its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
