[Protest of VA Contract Award for Pharmacy Services]

A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs contract award for pharmacy services. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest was sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
