[Protest of DLA Bid Rejection]

A firm protested the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) rejection of its bid, contending that DLA improperly refused to conduct a debriefing. GAO held that the protest was premature, since DLA was not required to conduct a debriefing until after the contract award. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
