[Protest of Air Force Contract Termination]

A firm protested the Air Force's termination of its contract and subsequent contract award to another firm. GAO held that the Air Force properly: (1) cancelled the protester's contract, since the awardee's initial bid acceptance period had not expired and its initial bid was technically acceptable; and (2) made award to the low bidder. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
