Highlights

A firm requested reimbursement of its protest costs pursuant to its protest of a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contract award, contending that VA took corrective action in response to its protest. GAO held that the claimant was not entitled to reimbursement of its protest costs, since VA took corrective action less than 2 weeks after the protester filed its protest. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
