[Request for Reconsideration of Protest of Army Bid Rejection]

A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest of the Army's rejection of its bid. GAO had held that the Army: (1) properly found the protester's letter of credit unacceptable; and (2) was not required to reopen discussions to allow the protester to correct its letter of credit. In its request for reconsideration, the protester repeated arguments raised during its original protest. GAO held that the protester failed to show any legal or factual errors that would warrant reversal or modification of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
