Highlights

A firm protested a Department of the Interior solicitation cancellation, contending that: (1) Interior did not act in good faith in cancelling the solicitation; and (2) it was entitled to reimbursement of its bid preparation costs. GAO held that the protester: (1) untimely filed its protest more than 10 working days after it knew its basis of protest; and (2) was not entitled to reimbursement of its bid preparation costs. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed and the claim was denied.
