Highlights

A firm protested several proposed Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) contract awards for real estate management services, contending that HUD was biased against it. GAO held that: (1) the protester failed to present any evidence of bias on the part of HUD; and (2) HUD properly considered information concerning the protester's performance under its existing contract. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
