Highlights

A firm protested the General Services Administration's (GSA) rejection of its bid, contending that: (1) GSA improperly rejected its bid for failure to specify the minimum bid acceptance period; and (2) its bid error could be corrected after bid opening. GAO held that: (1) GSA properly rejected the protester's bid, since it failed to comply with a material solicitation requirement; and (2) the requirement could not be waived or corrected after bid opening. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
