Highlights

A firm protested a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) contract award for testing machines, contending that NASA: (1) unreasonably failed to solicit it for the procurement; and (2) should have known that it could supply the required machines, based upon information it submitted several months prior to the award. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it knew the basis of protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
