[Request for Reconsideration of Protest of DLA Bid Rejection]

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of the Defense Logistics Agency's rejection of its late bid. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed its protest after bid opening. In its request for reconsideration, the protester repeated its previous arguments and expressed disagreement with the decision. GAO held that the protester failed to present: (1) evidence that the previous decision contained errors of fact or law; and (2) information not previously considered. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
