A firm protested the cancellation of a Government Printing Office (GPO) solicitation for printing, publishing, and cataloging services, contending that GPO unfairly cancelled the solicitation without cause. GAO held that GPO reasonably determined that the solicitation's estimates no longer represented its actual needs. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
