Highlights

A firm protested a Department of the Interior contract award, contending that the awardee was not responsible. GAO held that: (1) it would not consider the protest, since the protester failed to show that Interior acted in bad faith or misapplied definitive responsibility criteria; and (2) the protester untimely filed its agency-level protest more than 10 days after it knew its basis of protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
