Highlights

A firm protested a Drug Enforcement Administration contract award for translation, transcription, and interception services, contending that the awardee was ineligible for award because of its affiliation with one or more large businesses. GAO held that the: (1) awardee's status as a small business contractor was not subject to GAO review; and (2) Small Business Administration had sole jurisdiction to determine the awardee's size status. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
