[Protest of DLA Contract Award for Air Compressors]

A firm protested a Defense Logistics Agency contract award for air compressors, contending that the awardee did not offer a standard commercial product as required by the solicitation. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 working days after initial adverse action on its agency-level protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
